When you download or use our apps, these terms and conditions automatically apply to you, so make sure you read them carefully before using any of our apps. The list of our apps that this Terms and Conditions applies to (hereinafter referred to as the Apps):
You are not allowed to copy or modify the Apps, any part of them, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, and you may not attempt to translate the Apps into other languages or create derivative versions. The applications itself and all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights remain the property of UAB "ITincubator".
UAB "ITincubator" strives to make the applications as useful and effective as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the applications or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Apps or their services without making it clear to you what exactly you are paying for.
The Apps store and process the personal information you provide to us in order to provide our Service. You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to the Apps. Therefore, we recommend that you do not Jailbreak or root access your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. This can make your phone vulnerable to viruses/malware, compromise your phone's security features, and may cause the Apps to not work properly or not work at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that UAB "ITincubator" is not responsible for. Some features of the Apps will require them to have an active Internet connection. The connection may be over Wi-Fi or provided by your carrier, but UAB "ITincubator" cannot be responsible for the Apps not working to its full potential if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if you run out of data limit.
If you use the Apps outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you must remember that your terms of agreement with your service provider will still apply. As a result, your mobile carrier may charge you a data connection time fee when you access the Apps or other third-party fees. When you use the Apps, you assume responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges, if you use the Apps outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling roaming data transmission. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Apps, please be aware that we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the Apps.
Also UAB "ITincubator" can not always be responsible for how you use the applications, i.e. you need to make sure that your device remains charged - if it runs out of battery and you can not turn it on to use the Service, UAB "ITincubator" can not take responsibility for it. As for UAB "ITincubator's" responsibility for your use of the applications, when you use the applications, it is important to remember that while we strive to ensure that it is always updated and correct, we rely on third parties to provide us with the information so that we can make it available to you. UAB "ITincubator" is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, which you incur as a result of relying entirely on this application functionality. At some point we may want to update the Apps. The Apps are currently available for iOS - system requirements (and any additional systems we choose to extend the Apps' availability to) may change, and you will need to download updates if you want to continue using the Apps.
UAB "ITincubator" does not promise that it will always update the Apps to meet your requirements and/or work with the version of iOS installed on your device. However, you do promise to always accept apps’ updates when they are offered to you. We may also stop providing updates to the Apps, and may discontinue use of the Apps at any time without notifying you of the discontinuation. Unless we notify you otherwise, when we terminate the applications:
(a) the rights and licences granted to you under these terms will terminate;
(b) you must stop using the applications and (if applicable) remove them from your device.

We may update our Terms from time to time. As such, you are encouraged to periodically review this page for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting new Terms and Conditions on this page.
These Terms will take effect on May 25, 2023.
